Happy Easter/Passover!

written by Laurie April 18, 2014

bouquet_smI wanted to wish those who celebrate a happy holiday weekend. My brother and his family will be visiting; I’ve not seen them since Thanksgiving, so it’ll be nice to catch up.

Spring has sprung here! The roses and pink jasmine are blooming, the sun is shining, green strawberries are starting to ripen, and birds are nesting in the eaves. Have a great weekend!

Happy Easter to you too! It seems we’re stuck in winter here. Only going into the 40’s today. It’s 26°F outside this morning. Not much growing and even less blooming. Hopefully that will change soon.

I feel for you, poodle — that is a cold Easter! Hope you have a nice time with family, and hope spring arrives there soon!
