He also talks about the challenges of IFRA, about trying to maintain the old classic formulas while also introducing new spins on them, about the new role of bloggers in the fragrance industry, and about how his early childhood in Switzerland fostered an interest in nature and botany. An interesting read. He certainly has a huge set of responsibilities on his shoulders.
